Adam Boskovich

Adam Boskovich graduated from San Diego State University and began his commercial real estate career at Grubb & Ellis in 1993. During his tenure, he served as a Leasing Director for The Koll Company, Irvine Company, and Equity Office Properties Trust.

In addition to his numerous leasing accomplishments, Adam has served as an Asset Manager and has overseen all aspects of developing, acquiring, leasing, and managing institutional quality real estate in North America.

With 25+ years of commercial real estate experience, Adam has a complete working knowledge of the BOMA Measurement Standards, International Property Measurement Standard, and the Real Estate Board of New York Measurement Standard.
