Founder & Principal
Peter Stevenson
Peter Stevenson founded Stevenson Systems in 1984 with a conviction that building measurement is a financial discipline. Over 40 years later, that conviction has shaped how the entire commercial real estate industry measures, values, and leases space.
He co-authored the BOMA measurement standards used globally. He created the Compendium of Terms. He built SSI from a New York City practice into the firm that serves the largest portfolios in commercial real estate: BXP, JLL, JPMorgan Chase, Tishman Speyer, PGIM, and more.
Peter's work sits underneath billions of dollars in lease economics. The standards he helped write govern how buildings are measured worldwide. The methodology he refined across 12,500+ buildings now runs inside TruSpace, giving clients the same precision at portfolio scale.
